Registration

• You must authenticate using Discord OAuth to use the Platform
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform

Player Registration

• Player accounts require moderator approval
• You must provide a valid streaming platform URL
• False or misleading information may result in account suspension

Competition Rules

• All races must be streamed live on approved platforms
• Players must follow the official racing rules
• Match scheduling is the responsibility of participating players
• Moderators have final say on match outcomes and disputes

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Cheat, use exploits, or manipulate match outcomes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Impersonate other users or falsify identity
• Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
• Share or distribute others' personal information

Platform Content

All Platform features, design, and code are owned by KaizOFF. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.

User Content

By uploading content (profile photos, stream links, etc.):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the Platform
• You confirm you have rights to share the content
• You are responsible for ensuring content complies with these terms

Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Limitation of Liability

KaizOFF and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including data loss, match disputes, or third-party conduct.
